Middle School (Grades 6–8)

Executive Functioning Foundations
Middle school is often the first time students are expected to independently manage multiple classes, assignments, and responsibilities. Our coaching focuses on helping students develop the foundational executive functioning skills they need to stay organized, manage their time, and build effective study habits.
Many of the students we work with are neurodivergent learners, including those with ADHD or learning differences, who benefit from structured systems and personalized support.
We help students create practical strategies for tracking assignments, preparing for tests, and strengthening subject comprehension. By building these skills early, students gain confidence, reduce academic stress, and develop the independence needed for a successful transition into high school.
